Instructor:Kelly Willing of FullCount Sports Academy
 
Qualifications: Kelly is a certified health/fitness instructor and personal trainer. Her training is through the American College of Sports Medicine and she has been conducting sports specific conditioning classes for over 10 years.
 
Program: Off Ice Conditioning programs include elements of
  • speed
  • agility
  • core strength
  • muscle endurance
Each session will be built around
  • fun fast paced drills to keep the players attention and energy levels high
  • being a team building experience
The players should progress from week to week getting faster and stronger.
Kelly will record each players progress to give them something to strive for and improve upon.
